•  Once you sign up as an AwareServices customer, you are assigned an account intergrator. The account intergrator works with you to fomulate the plan and services.

•  Do I need to invest in IT staff in order to use AwareServices?

•  No, AwareServices eliminates the need for dedicated IT staff becuase no software and hardware installations, maintenance or upgrades are required.The AwareServices service is accessed through a standard Web browser.

•  How do I make sure I am on the most current version of AwareServices?

•  Because AwareServices is a Web-based solution, every time a new feature is added all users immediately have access to it the next time they log in. All customizations, such as custom fields, links and rules, are preserved.

•  Is my data safe with AwareServices?

•  Your data is completely safe with AwareServices. All information and applications are housed in AwareServices data center.
